Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs, objectives, and key success factors.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and process reviews to elicit functional and technical requirements translating business needs into clear, concise requirement documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases).
Establishes project requirements by assembling a project team, identifying milestones, phases, and elements, and setting the budget and timeline.
Improves systems by studying current practices, understanding objectives and designing modifications.
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; adhering to deployment schedule; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users and writing improved procedures.
Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to guide teams in developing best practices and implementing improvements within organization.
Able to analyze large, complex data sets using a variety of software tools to implement results to the Operations Team
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
IFS Cloud ERP experience
PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL server, Reporting Services, Jira, Excel, MS Word, Outlook, a plus.
Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management
Ability to maintain written documentation of daily activities
