Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for multiple positions simultaneously.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing methods including vendor job boards, social media, networking events, and talent pipelines to identify diverse candidates.
- Provide strategic guidance and market insights to hiring teams to support and influence decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, and professional engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and vendor platforms to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and monitor key metrics.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers and Regional Directors on workforce planning, talent forecasting, and succession planning efforts.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- When necessary, coordinate pre-employment processes such as fit-for-duty testing, candidate travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements. Work in conjunction with the TA Staffing Support Administrator for all candidate offer letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation and records in accordance with company and compliance standards.

Preferred Experience:
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information is mandatory
- Leadership developing and owning candidate relationships.
- Proven track record as a self-starting and self-motivated professional.
- Computer Software and Management Reporting expertise in Recruitment tools (Applicant Tracking Systems, Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.).
- Successful experience closing 20+ jobs monthly.
- Education:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 2+ years in a recruitment, HR, or administrative support role; experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a fast paced customer service role (retail, food & beverage, etc.).
